Jaime is a smart, professional and trustworthy lawyer. While visiting Big Bend National Park from New York, I had an unfortunate run in with the law that left me needing a local lawyer that I could count on to take care of my case while I returned home. Trip To Big Bend National Park Gone Wrong

Jaime Saved My Bacon
My problem was not a criminal one. Somebody was threatening legal action on me. I was scared & not sure what to do. I never had that kind of problem before. A friend said, Maybe you need to see a lawyer. We were right by Jaime’s office so I made an appointment to see him. Jaime pretty much calmed me down. He told me what kind of papers he needed to see. He studied everything. Eventually he wrote a letter offering them a compromise. They accepted. I had to pay them something. That was a little bitter. But without his help I would’ve spent a lot more money. And probably been really crazy behind the whole thing for a long time. That is why I think he saved my bacon.

Mr. Escuder is highly knowledgeable and articulate and resolved a difficult situation involving a dispute over a large sum of money (in other words, he dealt with the problem with full understanding of the applicable laws, guided me through the process and ultimately the party on the other end of the dispute paid me back my large sum of money) before it ever even got too close to going to court.
